Requirements

  • Prior Ford experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and services
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience from start to finish
  • Accurately write service repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs
  • Keep customers informed on progress, timelines, and recommended services
  • Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and effectively
  • Deliver a seamless, professional experience that builds long-term customer loyalty
