Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Service team at Kendall Ford Lincoln of Anchorage. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The goal is to build lifelong service customers, and the Service Advisors are the first point of contact. The ideal candidate will have high-level customer service experience, time management skills, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills. The ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers is key. This role involves interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, verifying work performed, researching vehicle history for recommendations, inputting and maintaining customer information, using telephone, email, and chat systems for customer communication, and scheduling service appointments.
