About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Service team at Vancouver Ford. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, serving clients throughout the community. The Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers in the service department and is crucial in building lifelong service customers. The ideal candidate will possess high-level customer service experience, strong time management, work ethics, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs and make educated recommendations.

Requirements

• High level customer service experience.

• Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
• 2 years of service writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed.
• Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
• Inputting and maintaining customer information.
• Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
• Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
• Scheduling service appointments.
