Automotive Service Advisor- Sign on bonus for experienced and proven track record. As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their vehicle maintenance and repair needs while delivering a positive experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive software and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
