• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales or consultative customer service experience
• Experience using CRM software

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
• Greet customers and guide them through the service process
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Coordinate repair timelines between customers and technicians
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer communications and appointments
• Help deliver an outstanding dealership experience from start to finish
