About The Position
Wyatt Johnson Toyota, a member of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking experienced Service Advisors to join their award-winning service team. Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Automotive service advising or automotive sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to effectively guide customers through the service process.
- Experience using CRM software and dealership technology platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated professional with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
