Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Experience using CRM software and technology platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle service needs

• Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repair services
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and service timelines
