About The Position
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our service customers, helping guide them through every step of the service process while creating a positive ownership experience. Beaman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a Hudson Automotive Company, is seeking motivated, customer-focused Service Advisors to join our award-winning, high-volume service department. Requirements
- Proven customer service experience with a track record of creating positive customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM software and related technology

- Automotive service advisor experience
- Sales or automotive industry experience
- Experience working in a high-volume service environment
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle service needs
- Building trust and long-term customer relationships
