About The Position

Audi Denver is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle service process and build lasting customer relationships. The role is commission-based, with average compensation of $60,000 and top performers earning $150,000. The Service Advisor owns the customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery, communicates service recommendations and updates, and works with technicians to convey diagnoses and estimates accurately. Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence and professionalism, building long-term relationships.
Clearly present maintenance and repair recommendations to increase closing ratios and maximize service sales.
Follow up with customers for approvals and updates, using timely communication to create urgency and trust.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure diagnoses and estimates are accurately conveyed to customers.
Own the customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery, aiming for customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Track performance metrics, including sales totals and closing ratios, to drive continuous improvement.
