About The Position

Audi Denver is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane. This role is crucial in ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service, taking ownership of their experience. The Assistant Service Manager will provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, distribute work efficiently among technicians, answer technical questions, and maintain high Customer Happiness scores. This is a new, commission-based position with an anticipated annual earning of $96,000, with top performers earning up to $150,000.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Team-oriented and self-motivated
Able to work independently
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Responsibilities

Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
Set schedules and assign tasks to service department employees.
Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain good working relationships with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
