About The Position

Morrie's Auto Group is hiring a part-time Service Runner for Morrie's Onalaska Volkswagen Audi in Onalaska, Wisconsin. The role supports the service department by transporting customers, assisting with vehicle movement and cleaning, handling office tasks, and helping customers and advisors during service visits. The listed pay range is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be reliable and punctual.
• Have solid driving and parking skills.
• Be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers to and from home or work while their cars are being repaired.
• Assist with filing and other office duties.
• Hand-wash and vacuum vehicles.
• Run customers' cars through the car wash.
• Assist guests during high-traffic times in the service drive.
• Pick up parts when needed.
• Move vehicles for technicians.
• Keep the service aisle neat and orderly.
• Answer phones in the service department.
• Greet customers on the service drive.
• Work as part of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between customers and advisors.
• File repair orders.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested.
