About The Position

Audi Sarasota, part of the family-owned Sunset Automotive Group, is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Greeter / Driver / Porter for its Service Team. This full-time, front-line customer service role helps create a positive experience for service guests and supports the service department throughout the day. The employee welcomes arriving customers, directs them to the appropriate advisor or waiting area, assists with basic vehicle intake, moves and stages vehicles, transports vehicles as needed, helps keep service and customer areas organized, and provides customer transportation when needed. The position involves staying active and working on your feet around vehicles. The schedule is daytime, with shifts scheduled within Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; the dealership is closed Sundays. Pay is $16–$18 per hour based on experience. Candidates must complete and pass a background check and drug screen before hire.

Requirements

Reliable and available to work full-time Monday through Saturday.
Ability to work on your feet and around vehicles throughout the shift.
Valid driver's license.
Verifiable work history.

Responsibilities

Greet customers arriving in the service drive and make them feel welcome.
Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area.
Assist with basic vehicle intake tasks, including applying protective covers and vehicle tags.
Move and stage vehicles for service appointments.
Transport vehicles to the service lot or shop as needed.
Help maintain clean, organized service-drive and customer areas.
Provide customer transportation when needed.
Help the department run smoothly wherever necessary.
