Requirements

Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is required.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and pricing to customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions offered by the dealership.
Manage service workflow and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
