About The Position

Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an Express Service Advisor to join their service team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and wants to start a long-term career in the automotive industry. No automotive experience is required, as the company will provide paid, hands-on training and help employees build the skills to succeed while earning hourly pay plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with service appointments
• Help customers understand recommended maintenance
• Keep customers updated during their visit
• Coordinate with technicians and service staff throughout the repair process
• Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
