About The Position
Automotive Service Advisor Opportunity – Experience Required We are hiring an Automotive Service Advisor at Larson Dodge, Jeep, Ram. While training is provided, previous automotive experience is required, and experience as an express service advisor, service writer, or technician is highly beneficial. This is a fast-paced, high-volume service environment with consistent repair order flow and strong technician support.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a service advisor, express advisor, or technician preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable multitasking and managing workflow
- Dealership or automotive experience strongly preferred
- Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude.
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Highly organized
Nice To Haves
- Experience as an express service advisor, service writer, or technician is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Write and manage repair orders accurately
- Communicate vehicle needs and updates to customers
- Coordinate between technicians and service customers
- Maintain follow-up throughout the repair process
- Ensure a smooth and professional service experience
- Provide above average Customer Service.
- Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations.
- Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to take direction well.
