About The Position

Larson Dodge, Jeep, Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department. This is a performance-driven role requiring prior experience in service advising, express service writing, or automotive technician work. The role involves managing customer repair orders from intake to delivery, communicating diagnostics, recommendations, and updates, coordinating workflow between technicians and customers, ensuring accuracy in estimates, approvals, and documentation, and maintaining strong follow-up and customer communication.

Requirements

  • Prior automotive service advisor or express advisor experience required
  • Technician background strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of dealership workflow and repair processes
  • Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Consistent communication and follow-up
  • Ability to manage workload under pressure
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude.
  • Clear and concise communication skills
