About The Position

Tom Kadlec Kia is seeking a professional Service Advisor for their high-volume service department. This role involves being the primary contact between customers and the service department, listening to customer concerns, documenting them accurately, and recommending maintenance and repairs. The Service Advisor will prepare repair estimates, communicate with technicians and customers, provide timely updates, and ensure customer satisfaction with completed repairs. The income potential is $60,000 – $90,000+ annually, based on base pay and performance incentives. Requirements

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple repair orders and customers simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
  • Ability to confidently present recommended services and maintenance
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact between customers and the service department
