About The Position

Safe Haven Security is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to join their organization. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in actively sourcing and identifying candidates to support their rapid growth. You will be responsible for identifying candidates and presenting the best quality of candidate to their hiring managers.

Requirements

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficient with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and job boards
Proven ability to meet and surpass recruiting metrics in a dynamic environment
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage high-volume workload
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including their Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards, social media, and other creative channels
Screen candidates by calling and qualifying candidates to build a pipeline of candidates for their hiring managers to interview and hire
Conduct phone interviews
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to offer and onboarding
Maintain detailed records and metrics on recruiting activities and performance
Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) for time-to-fill, cost-per-application and hire and other recruiting metrics
Serve as a brand ambassador for Safe Haven Security
