Requirements
- Previous automotive service or customer service experience (dealership preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and conduct vehicle inspections to identify service needs
- Explain recommended services, costs, and timelines clearly
- Coordinate service appointments and manage schedules for timely completion
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process
- Work with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and resolve customer concerns
- Recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction
