About The Position

Capital Ford Lincoln in Winnipeg is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and our service team. You’ll help drivers keep their vehicles safe and reliable while building relationships that keep them coming back. Our Service Advisors are trusted partners for our customers, and we make sure you have the tools, training, and support to grow and thrive.

Requirements

• A positive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills to connect with customers, technicians, and teammates.
• Sales mindset with the ability to recommend services and build trust to drive results.
• Proven ability to stay organized, be adaptable, and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience and knowledge is an asset, but willingness to learn is nonnegotiable.
