As an Auto Glass Service Advisor, you are the heartbeat of our operation, the vital connection between our valued guests and our skilled service technicians. From the moment guests walk through our doors, you’ll greet them with a smile, understand their needs, and guide them through the repair process with clarity and care. This is more than a desk job, you’ll be hands-on, helping coordinate services, supporting glass installations, managing parts and materials, and executing insurance claims. You’re the one who keeps the shop running smoothly and the guest experience seamless.

Requirements

  • A guest-first, solution driven attitude
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for vehicles and the automotive service industry
  • Confidence working with people from all walks of life
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Schedule and coordinate glass repair appointments
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and identify service needs
  • Clearly explain repair options and pricing to help guests make informed decisions
  • Create and manage accurate repair orders and cost estimates
  • Maintain real-time communication with technicians and parts staff
  • Keep guests updated via their preferred method (e.g., text, call)
  • Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
  • Support glass repair and ADAS calibration processes
  • Assist with parts handling, vehicle shuttling, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
  • Follow auto glass insurance standards and assist with claims where required
