About The Position

As a Service Advisor at Audi Glenwood Springs, you will be a key member of the service team, providing outstanding customer service and helping ensure the smooth operation of the service department. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians so customer vehicles are properly diagnosed, serviced, and repaired in a timely manner. Compensation is performance-based, with stated earnings of $75,000 to $125,000+ per year; actual earnings depend on performance, and high-performing professionals may earn above that range.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with service department operations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, and a drug test, and to provide a valid driver’s license.

• Experience using and working with CDK.
• Previous Ford experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Explain recommended services and repairs in detail.
• Communicate estimated costs and obtain customer approval for services.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bay availability.
• Coordinate with service technicians to support timely completion of repairs.
• Update customers on vehicle status throughout the service process.
• Provide accurate repair timelines and inform customers of delays.
• Create and maintain detailed service records for each customer.
• Prepare and explain invoices, including a breakdown of services performed.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about automotive technologies and services.
• Provide customers with information about maintenance schedules and recommended services.
