About The Position

Servers at Chili’s provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, collaborating with Team Members, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Servers should take pride in great service and make Guests feel special in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
• Great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.
