About The Position
Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, collaborating with Team Members, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Applicants should enjoy providing great service and making Guests feel special. Prior experience is a plus. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
