About The Position
Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help create a welcoming Chili’s dining experience. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The position is open to applicants who meet the minimum age requirement of 18. Prior experience is a plus.
