About The Position
Chili’s Servers provide guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, collaborating with team members to ensure guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Servers must be available for some weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, and prior experience is a plus.
