About The Position

Mountaineer Honda is seeking to add a Service Advisor to their team. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians, advising customers on vehicle service and maintenance needs, managing appointments, documenting concerns, and professionally resolving customer questions. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort with computer systems. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record are required. The ability to work Saturdays is also necessary.
