About The Position

Berman Nissan Chicago is hiring a Service Advisor to join its growing team at Berman Nissan of Chicago. This full-time, commission-based position offers compensation of $125,000+ annually. The Service Advisor greets customers, identifies and documents vehicle service needs, recommends maintenance, prepares estimates, communicates repair progress and costs, and coordinates with technicians and other staff to support a smooth service workflow. Requirements

At least 1 year of Service Advisor experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately document service needs and recommendations.
Proficiency with computer systems and automotive service software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for at least 2 years.
Willingness to submit to a background screening.
