About The Position

The Service Advisor will be directly responsible for the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Team player
  • Advising or writing experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Dealership experience

Responsibilities

  • Great customers when they arrive
  • Answer questions about service outcome
  • Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs
  • Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner
  • Keep customers informed on completion to assure all customers concerns are addressed
  • Build strong relationships with customers
