Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately identify their service and repair needs.

- Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
- Work with technicians and the service department to ensure repairs are completed with quality and on time.
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain customer satisfaction while driving service department results.
