Requirements

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required.
A strong, customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their automotive concerns, and act as a dedicated liaison between the client and our service technicians.
Clearly explain diagnostic findings, repair options, and necessary maintenance schedules without high-pressure sales tactics, prioritizing the customer's safety and satisfaction.
Keep customers proactively updated on their vehicle’s status, ensuring a smooth, seamless "active delivery" process from drop-off to keys-in-hand.
Maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
