Requirements
- 2+ years of Service Advisor experience
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
- Experience meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and build trust from the first interaction
- Document customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
- Communicate recommended services and maintenance
- Provide regular updates on repair status and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality work completion
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer questions in person, by phone, and by email.
- Follow up with customers to support the service process.
