About The Position
L0308 Porsche Downtown LA Porsche of Downtown LA is now hiring a Service Advisor. This is a full-time position with department hours Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. The role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performing service department with opportunities to maximize earning potential, work with Porsche customers who value quality, performance, and expertise, and be supported by experienced technicians, parts specialists, and leadership. Requirements
- 1+ years of previous Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment.
- CDK experience.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with luxury or European brands.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for Porsche service customers, delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders.
- Communicate maintenance recommendations and repair options.
- Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals.
