We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. We operate multiple dealerships across the Seattle area -- representing Mercedes-Benz. When Service Advisor openings arise at any of our stores, we want qualified candidates ready to move. No automotive experience required -- we hire for communication skills, hospitality instinct, and follow-through, and train the brand knowledge. Requirements
- No automotive experience required -- service advisor, hospitality, sales, or any guest-facing background welcome
- Clear, composed communicator -- able to explain service needs in plain language and follow through without gaps
- Organized and accurate under the pace of a busy service operation
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery
- Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
- Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
- Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
- Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
- Deliver a consistent, professional guest experience that keeps people coming back
