Galleria BMW is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to add to our team. This individual’s primary responsibility is simple - provide our customers with an extraordinary experience that is unlike anything they have ever experienced before from an auto dealership. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive service advisor experience.
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
Responsibilities
- Scheduling customer service appointments and obtaining customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Greeting customers on the service drive in a timely, friendly manner.
- Actively listening to customer in order to define reason for visit.
- Accurately writing up customer's vehicle concerns on repair order.
- Utilize BMW’s Service & Warranty History tools in order to recommend additional services that are needed.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars, particularly maintaining their vehicles in accordance with BMW’s specifications and requirements.
- Provide a thorough and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Maintains frequent communication with customers regarding updates on the status of their vehicle.
