Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Service team at Kendall Auto of the Kenai Peninsula. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The Service Advisor is the first point of contact in the service department and is responsible for building lifelong service customers. The role involves interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is performed correctly, making educated recommendations based on vehicle history, maintaining customer information, and efficiently scheduling appointments. Communication via telephone, email, and chat systems is a key part of the role.
