Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling and customer management software.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to provide outstanding customer service.
- Good communication skills
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug test, and valid driver license)
- Must be motivated self starter with a great attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist Service Advisors with customer communication and appointment scheduling.
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
- Coordinate service workflow to help minimize wait times and maximize efficiency.
- Support the service team with administrative duties as needed.
- Ensure a clean and organized service reception area.
- Assist Service Advisors in day to day operations
- Pick up and deliver cars, parts and people
