About The Position
Dahl Automotive is hiring an Assistant Service Advisor to support the Dahl Honda service team in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. The role involves scheduling service appointments, following up with service guests, and assisting service advisors and the service manager with customer service and administrative tasks. The position also includes driving vehicles between the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed, and using an online system daily.
Requirements
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
- Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor.
- Positive and hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to stay on task and work independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
Responsibilities
- Answer guest calls and establish follow-ups for service appointments.
- Assist with scheduling service appointments.
- Greet service guests when they arrive for appointments.
- Follow up with guests who miss appointments and provide updates on vehicle service.
- Communicate with guests and advisors to address guest needs.
- Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Assist advisors and the service manager with other service and administrative duties.
- Use an online system daily.
