About The Position

We are seeking a Service Admin to join our busy, growing service department. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a Service Admin, you will be responsible for greeting customers, managing service tickets, reviewing repair orders, and communicating with technicians, management, and warranty companies. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a service department is required
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a high-paced environment under strict deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and perform duties accurately
  • Energetic and professional, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Must possess a professional appearance and work well with others
  • Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR

Nice To Haves

  • Dealertrack experience is a PLUS

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a professional manner
  • Write Service tickets reflecting what the technician writes on the ticket
  • Review Service Repair Order for accuracy in regard to parts and labor amounts billed
  • Communicate effectively with service technicians and management
  • Communicate with warranty companies
  • Proactively complete administrative tasks
  • Perform general administrative tasks
