About The Position
Join the team at Jaguar - Land Rover - Volvo - Tom Wood JLRV, Indy as a Porter in our Service Department located in Indianapolis, IN. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service area by maintaining vehicle flow and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicle models safely and confidently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a porter or in a similar role is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Safely move vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service department vehicles and lot.
- Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle preparation and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and directing them appropriately.
- Ensure vehicles are parked and staged in designated areas following company standards.
- Support other service department tasks as assigned to help maintain operational efficiency.
