Arrow Ford is looking for a dependable, hardworking Service Porter to help keep our fast-paced service department running efficiently. This position plays a key role in delivering a great customer experience by assisting with vehicle flow, maintaining lot organization, and supporting our service advisors and technicians. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move vehicles throughout the day
Ability to pass all preemployment screening including background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the service drive with professionalism and urgency
Move customer vehicles safely throughout the service process
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the service drive, parking lots, and waiting areas
Prepare vehicles for customer delivery
Assist with shuttle coordination and customer transportation when needed
Pick up and deliver parts or vehicles between departments when needed
Support technicians and advisors with miscellaneous tasks throughout the day
Ensure all vehicles are handled carefully and parked properly
Help maintain dealership appearance inside and outside the facility
