Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Greet and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the service department.
- Retrieve and park customer vehicles.
- Wash, dry, and vacuum vehicles as needed.
- Assist technicians with moving and transporting vehicles.
- Maintain and organize service inventory, including fluids and tools.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
