About The Position

Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is looking for experienced service staff and passionate restaurant professionals to be an indispensable member of our service team. Our service staff are the curators of our guests’ impression at Jax, responsible for dispensing hospitality, knowledge and guiding our guests through the dining experience. Must be detail oriented and committed to steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing excellent communication skills and thriving in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Selfless hospitality is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be experts in food and wine service, be eager to learn, jump into any service role needed, cool under pressure and adaptable. Jax brings the coast to the coast-less. Inspired by the timeless fish houses of the East, West, and Gulf shorelines, we create incredible memories and share delicious food and drink with friends and family. We are a neighborhood seafood bar with a wild vibe of rocks popping, drinks shaking, pots and pans clattering from the counter bar, and laughter a happening. Requirements
