About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service in keeping with Chili’s service and hospitality standards. The role includes learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, and collaborating with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers help maintain a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
