Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role suits enthusiastic people who believe great food depends on great hospitality and who use their personality to connect with Guests and colleagues and make people feel special. Food Runners are primarily hired with the opportunity to grow their careers quickly into server roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
