About The Position
Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service. They learn the menu and explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, collaborate with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Servers must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The role is based at the Dothan Chili's location.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
