About The Position

Frida’s is seeking an experienced Part-Time Server to join its front-of-house team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. The role is suited to a hospitality professional who thrives in an elevated dining setting and takes pride in attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service. The Server guides guests through the menu, communicates with the kitchen and bar, and helps ensure guests have a memorable dining experience. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a natural sense of hospitality are important for maintaining high service standards throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Present menus and describe menu items in detail.
• Make knowledgeable food, wine, and cocktail recommendations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth service.
• Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and happy hour offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized section during service.
• Reset and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.
• Assist teammates as needed to keep service running smoothly.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow cash-handling and POS procedures.
• Complete side work and end-of-shift responsibilities.
