About The Position

Waverly Heights is seeking a part-time Server to help provide an exceptional customer experience and create a warm, welcoming environment for members of its community. The role serves residents during meals and special events, tailoring service to guests’ preferences and needs while coordinating with kitchen staff, food service managers, and other team members. The position offers a flexible schedule that includes some weekends and holidays. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient service during mealtimes.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner and create a sense of community through meaningful interactions.
• Take guest orders and ensure food and beverages are served accurately.
• Tailor each guest’s dining experience to their preferences and individual needs.
• Assist with organizing and catering special events, parties, and functions within the community.
• Serve as a host during special functions and foster a lively, enjoyable atmosphere.
• Address issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Clear and clean tables promptly and reset them for the next meal service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, food service managers, and other team members to deliver seamless service.
