About The Position

The Server greets guests, takes and delivers food and beverage orders, and provides prompt, courteous table service throughout each visit. The role also handles phone orders, schedules reservations, coordinates amenity deliveries with the kitchen, processes guest payments, reconciles receipts, and reports tips for tax purposes. Servers maintain clean, organized dining areas, service stations, and assigned sections; follow safety, sanitation, and company policies; and assist with guest issues as needed.

Requirements

• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or willingness to obtain them within 60 days.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and being on your feet throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience.
• Experience with the Micros point-of-sale system.
