About The Position

Servers are part of Red Robin’s Front of House service team and help deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. The role involves taking orders with handheld technology and serving food and drinks accurately and in a timely manner. Strong customer service skills are essential. Servers earn a base pay of $7.50 per hour plus variable tips; hourly pay will not be less than the applicable minimum wage. The position requires applicants to be at least 18 years old.
